7 January – 15 February3rd Chakra/Summer 1, Strengthening your Stem to the Core, Polishing your Gem even More.  Focus is Manipura (3rd chakra), core stability, empowerment, preparation for & moving into Trikonasana & Parsvakonasana

17 February – 28 March4th Chakra/Summer 2, Blossoming Open at the Heart.  Focus is Anahata (4th chakra), upper chest/back mobility & awareness, compassion & connection, preparation for & moving into Ustrasana & Setu Bandhasana

29 Mar – 7 Apr–Transition Zone/Moon Salutations

8 April – 17 May5th Chakra/Autumn, Balancing with Shifting Ground & Sounding your Truth.  Focus is Vishuddha (5th chakra), neck & shoulder freedom & strength, truth speaking, preparation for & moving into Virabhadrasana 3 & Half Shoulderstand

18 May — 3 June–Transition Zone/Moon & Sun Salutations

4 June – 13 July6th Chakra/Winter 1, Letting Go & Flying in the Dark with Arm Balance.  Focus is Ajna (6th chakra), arm strength, developing intuition, preparation for & moving into Bakasana, Vasisthasana & Ardha Chandrasana balance

14 July – 4 Aug–Transition Zone/Moon & Sun Salutations

5 August – 13 September7th Chakra/Winter 2,  Folding in with Forward Folds.  Focus is Sahasrara (7th chakra, releasing dominance of head/ego, folding in with integrity, preparation for & moving into Maha Mudra & Paschimottanasana

16 September – 25 October1st Chakra/Spring 1, Rootedness with Feet First into UnFolding.  Focus is Muladhara (1st chakra), strengthening feet & legs, getting grounded, preparation for & moving into Garudasana & Virasana

26 Oct – 3 Nov–Transition Zone/Sun Salutations

4 November – 13 December2nd Chakra/Spring 2, Slipping Seeds into the Ground with Hip Opening.  Focus is Svadisthana (2nd chakra), hip plexus mobility & awareness, pro/creative flow, preparation for & moving into Kapotasana & Gomukhasana

Gaps in between sadhanas are Transition Zones where we have only Tues, Thurs & Sat early morning classes (plus the usual daytime & evening classes), which are open to all & usually focus on either Sun or Moon Salutations.
