18 May — 3 June–Transition Zone/Moon & Sun Salutations
4 June – 13 July–6th Chakra/Winter 1, Letting Go & Flying in the Dark with Arm Balance. Focus is Ajna (6th chakra), arm strength, developing intuition, preparation for & moving into Bakasana, Vasisthasana & Ardha Chandrasana balance
